What Izere believes

Learn to build.
Learn to own.

Entrepreneurship enables people to create productive assets. Investing enables people to participate in the value created by others. Izere connects both paths through understanding.

VISION

A stake in the economy.

A world where everyone can build, own and grow a stake in the economy.

MISSION

Turn curiosity into capability.

Make entrepreneurship and investing understandable through adaptive education, simulation and trusted pathways to action.

PROMISE

Understanding before action.

Help people make informed decisions without encouraging more trading, greater risk or unrealistic expectations.

About Alain

Across capital,
enterprise and impact.

Alain Nkurikiye is a Luxembourg-based entrepreneur, investor and development-finance specialist with international experience.

His experience spans investment readiness, SME finance, venture building and the design and delivery of innovation programmes. He has worked with entrepreneurs, financial institutions and development organisations to translate capital into businesses, jobs and long-term economic opportunity.

Across that work, one pattern kept returning: talent and ambition are widely distributed, but the knowledge, confidence and pathways required to become an owner are not. Entrepreneurship and investing are still presented as separate worlds, wrapped in language and systems that exclude too many people.

Alain founded Izere to connect those worlds—combining adaptive education, scenario-based learning and trusted pathways so that more people can learn to build companies, understand investing and participate in long-term value creation.

Founder conviction

“Talent is widely distributed. Access to ownership is not. Izere exists to help more people learn to build, own and grow.”
